Activity Policy detail

Minimum 2 people are require to book this tour.

Music can be played till 10.30 PM.

All activities done under NIM trained instructors with tested imported equipment.

Child between age 5 to 10 will be chargeable.

Child above 10 years will be counted as adults.

Campfires might not push through depending on the weather conditions of the area.

The location of the campsite shall be shared after the tour has been booked.

Cost does not include any local transfers to/from camp.

Do not carry drugs/weapons/firearms/jewelry and valuables with you.

No rebate for meals and activities not consumed/availed.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or medically/physically unfit will not be allowed for the activity.

Cancellation Policy detail

If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 07-14 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-6 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
